1. Refund Policy

  1. Call or come to one of our physical locations to inquire about a refund.
  2. Once an eLearning code is redeemed there are no refunds for the eLearning code.
  3. Refunds for courses will be considered on a case by case basis. Some costs associated with courses cannot be refunded.
  4. Gear/equipment can be returned if it has not been used in water and has no sign of wear and tear.
  5. We will issue refunds to card used for the original purchase, on a store gift card, or in cash (for cash transactions in-store). We will not refund money "onto account" for future purchase(s).


2. Warranty

  1. Items sold are covered by manufacturer's warranty.
  2. Y-kiki Divers does not warrant items beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
